1991 – 42’ GRAND BANKS EUROPA

$229,900 (USD) Name: Cos Cob Located: Bellingham Cabins: 2 Sleeps: 4 Engine: Twin

DESCRIPTION:

"Cos Cob" There is no better design for cruising our PNW waters than a Europa. The covered side decks and aft cockpit provide well-protected outdoor spaces for comfortable year-round activity and expanded, one-level living. The GB 42 Europa is of the classic Grand Banks pedigree with a practical layout, sturdy fiberglass construction, deep water design, and long range capability which all add up to a complete cruising boat. The Grand Banks semi-displacement hull design, with a fine entry forward, deep forefoot, hard chines aft, and a full keel has been proven on waters around the world. Her twin Cummins allow her to cruise economically at 9 knots while allowing higher cruising speeds when needed. In production for almost 4 decades, the Grand Banks 42 Europa is ideal for a couple with children or guests, her forward staterooms providing ample space and comfort. Cos Cob is a fine example of the breed. Once on the hook, enjoy the freedom allowed by her 8kW genset. Enjoy a "sundowner" on the comfortable bridge deck prior to dining in the spacious cockpit or bright Salon. Her signature large windows all around provide generous views and natural light, affording the feeling of being connected to the water and your surroundings rather than isolated deep in a cocoon-like space. All of this combines to make her a very inviting vessel. Cos Cob has cruised extensively through the Inside Passage, and Alaska and is ready to return north under your command..
