As if on cue, another flawless day of sunshine accompanied our flotilla as we made our way from Foot Island Bay to Scenery Cove. The calm waters were once again dotted with whale sightings, their graceful movements and distant spouts adding to the steady rhythm of our journey.

We arrived at Scenery Cove by early afternoon, giving everyone time to unwind or explore. A few adventurous guests made the trek up the river mouth to the base of the glacier, soaking in the scale and raw beauty of the landscape. Others opted for a more restful approach, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and soaking up the last moments of quiet before reentering the bustle of everyday life.

That evening, we gathered one last time aboard Deception for our final flotilla meeting. Captain Tim shared a heartfelt slideshow presentation, recapping highlights from the journey and celebrating the many miles and memories we’ve shared. With the sun setting over the peaks, laughter and gratitude filled the air—a perfect close to an unforgettable adventure.
