We set out from the serene waters of Prideaux Haven with full hearts and sunny skies overhead. Today’s journey carried us through some of the most picturesque cruising of the trip so far, with calm waters and warm light dancing across the tree-lined shores.

Midday, we paused at Refuge Cove, where the seasonal rhythm of summer boaters created a brief but lively buzz. With boats pulling in and out, dockhands juggling lines, and the general store bustling with visitors, it was a delightful contrast to the remote quiet anchorages we’ve grown used to. Guests browsed for souvenirs, topped off supplies, and soaked up the scene before we slipped lines again and continued south.

By late afternoon, we arrived at Laughing Oyster, tucked at the end of Okeover Inlet. Surrounded by mountains and mirrored skies, it was the perfect setting for one final evening of shared meals and memories. We gathered at the restaurant and enjoyed a delicious dinner—complete with laughter, storytelling, and a few bittersweet toasts to the nearing end of our shared journey.
