Today’s cruise was filled with ease and beauty as we left the peaceful anchorage of Laughing Oyster and made our way to Madeira Park. Along the way, we stopped in Lund, the northernmost terminus of Highway 101 and a quirky, beloved boating stop. With its eclectic mix of vessels and dockside charm, Lund never fails to offer something worth admiring—whether it’s the vibrant fishing fleet or a perfectly restored wooden cruiser.

From there, we continued on through the Malaspina Strait, where the light haze softened the edges of the coastline and cast a dreamy glow across the water. Some guests took to exploring the “Back 40” of Madeira Park by dinghy, winding through tucked-away coves and small channels rarely seen from the main route.

As the day came to a close, a hazy sunset washed the horizon in soft pastels, creating a peaceful close to another spectacular day on the water.
