With the big crossings behind us and the tight passages conquered, we welcomed a lazy morning in the calm beauty of Montague Harbor. It was the perfect spot to linger—relaxed, scenic, and peaceful. Around 10:00 a.m., we pulled anchors and began our return journey to the United States.

Crossing the border was smooth and simple—just a few video calls with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and before we knew it, we were cleared to land on American soil without issue. It was a surreal moment realizing we were nearing the end of our voyage.

On the way, we passed by Spieden Island, which is often teeming with exotic wildlife. This time, however, the island was quiet—no deer, no goats, just the rolling green hills and rocky shoreline.

Soon after, we arrived at Roche Harbor, one of the most iconic marinas in the San Juan Islands. With perfect weather overhead, guests set out to explore the grounds, wandering through the historic hotel, gardens, and sculpture park. Others took it slower—sipping complimentary wine on the dock, soaking in the sunshine, and reflecting on the journey that had brought us here.

With just one day remaining, the marina buzzed with a quiet energy—a mix of celebration and nostalgia. The final marina of the trip delivered a memorable evening of elegance and ease.
