Brilliant sunshine burned away the clouds and the boats gleamed as we rounded Salmon Point and made our final approach the rustic Cordova waterfront. We stop at the fuel dock to top off our tanks and then make a last run past wheeling flocks of seagulls and contented harbor seals to the breakwater that guards the harbor entrance where friendly fishermen wave hello and shout out “Welcome back to Cordova!”. With that, another successful Mother Goose trip full of fun, new friends, natural splendor, and unforgettable moments is over!
We wish all of our crews safe travels and we hope to see you all again!
