Six different legs

There are six different legs of the voyage to choose from. Every leg provides its own unique experience and insight into a piece of Alaskan life or Coastal BC life. Each voyage is filled with camaraderie, memories to last a lifetime as well as great depth and insight into the surroundings, thanks to a naturalist aboard the lead yacht.

For many, the highlight of these trips is visiting one of Southeast Alaska’s spectacular tidewater glaciers.  Imagine navigating your vessel through the ice as you approach the rapidly retreating Sawyer Glacier.  Stick around to appreciate the power of these massive ice flows and maybe even witness a calving event.  In 2020, Legs 2, 3, 4 and 5 will all include a trip through Tracy Arm Fjord to see the Sawyer Glacier.

On Leg 5, guests will have the opportunity to see wild bears snatching salmon out of the water and devouring them.  This side trip to Anan Bear Observatory feels like stepping into a National Geographic special.  The trip is a dream come true for photographers!

Or, join Leg 1 for an incredible journey that takes you over 700 miles from Bellingham, WA to Ketchikan, AK.  Experience the rugged and wild landscapes on the outside of Vancouver Island while enjoying the security and comfort of the Flotilla.

Leg 6 is the final leg, taking you along the famed Inside Passage and out to the remote islands of Haida Gwaii. Discover the traditions of the indigenous Haida nation, who have lived on these islands for over 12,000 years.  This is an adventure that you won’t want to miss!
