2000 – 49′ HAMPTON 490 PILOTHOUSE

$369,000 Name: Jubilee Located: Bellingham Cabins: 2 Sleeps: 4 Engine: Twin Cummins

DESCRIPTION:

Juiblee is an immaculate 490 that had always been kept in freshwater, under cover. It has only been outside for the last 8 months. It is unlike any other 49 Pilothouse in that it is painted in a Sterling LP finish and due to its covered moorage, looks like new. This is the popular two stateroom model with island queen beds with NEW custom mattresses in both and private head (NEW Masterflush toilets) and shower accessible to each. Beautiful cherry veneers and solids, hardwood floors. Hunter green canvas over the bimini (NEW) and tender and bridge coordinates with hunter green stripe on the bridge sides and coaming. NEW bow and stern thrusters will help you dock her anywhere! Jubilee is a must see!
