DESCRIPTION

Tranquillus is a Grand Banks 42 Classic, an iconic coastal cruiser
ideally suited for Puget Sound, the San Juan and Gulf Islands, and beyond. The unique layout with both a double bed and single berth in the aft cabin makes this a great vessel for families and groups of friends. The aft cabin also features a leather recliner and footstool. The forward V-berth accommodates two comfortably as well. Each cabin includes a head with shower. The main salon is open and spacious and provides plenty of light and 360 degree visibility. The upper deck is partially covered with a canvas bimini, ensuring your comfort rain or shine. Walk-around decks with h igh bulwarks featuring teak cap and hand rails allow you to move about the vessel safely and easily.

The galley is well equipped, with a 3 burner propane stove, microwave, Jura single cup coffee machine (whole bean), and table settings for 8 people. An Espar forced air diesel furnace provides heat when needed.

Recent upgrades include Starlink, upgraded Garmin satellite compass, Masterflush electric toilets and dedicated 40 gallon holding tanks (one for each head), a dinghy with a 9.9 hp Mercury electric start outboard and electric davit for easy launching, two single, easily launched kayaks, new Fischer Panda genset, iPad Air, Garmin auto-pilot, and bottom paint. The 325 gallon fuel tanks were both cleaned in 2021. Finally, state of the art electrical and battery management systems help ensure a carefree cruise.
