Important Notice for Charter Guests

Due to the specialized POD drive propulsion systems installed on Qualia, all charter guests are required to review, complete, and sign the applicable POD Drive and Running Gear Deductible Addendum prior to the start of their charter. This addendum forms part of the Charter Agreement and outlines the charterer’s financial responsibility for damage resulting from negligent operation of the vessel’s POD drives and underwater running gear. Please review the attached document carefully, as a signed copy is required before departure.
