In Memoria – Brian Pemberton
Dear Friends,
It’s with great sadness that we let you know that Brian Pemberton passed away on Saturday, September 11th, after a long (and escalating) battle with a lung disease known as IPF (Ideopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis). Brian was more than just the founder of the company that’s become NW Explorations. He was a friend and mentor to many people in our company and industry and someone who was passionate about sharing his love of boating – particularly in the Pacific Northwest.
Brian will be missed by us all and leaves behind a legacy that his family and friends applaud. Whether it was being a business leader, mentoring people, climbing mountains, or leading boaters to Alaska, Brian did it all with passion, skill, and commitment.
From a grateful group of friends; we pass along our condolences to Brian’s family and celebrate his life as one that was well-lived.

So sad to read about Brian passing..I had three charters with him and we talked about him coming down under to sail on my boat in the Gulfs of South Australia and to Kangaroo Island;.He ran a great charter business team. Covid has stopped us from coming back up there, but we will return.
